3-Day In-Person Training + 1 Week Online Preparation
The Elite package is designed for beginners who want a more complete start in the lash industry by learning both Classic Lash Extensions and Beginner Russian Volume techniques.
You’ll first build your Classic foundation before progressing into fan-making and Volume application.

Before Your Training
1 Week Online Preparation
Receive access to your online theory one week before class and arrive prepared for intensive hands-on training.
Lifetime access to the online lessons is included.
Day 1 — Classic Foundation & Technique
10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

* Tweezer and hand positioning
* Isolation
* Correct attachment
* Lash direction
* Adhesive control
* Inner and outer corners
* Removal technique
* Mannequin exercises
* Instructor corrections
* Homework assignment
Day 2 — Classic Real Model
10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Complete your first Classic full set on a real model with instructor guidance.
Learn client analysis, lash mapping, styling, application organization, troubleshooting, and professional photo/video content for your portfolio.
Student provides their own model.
Day 3 — Introduction to Russian Volume + Real Model
Volume Training & Practice
Move beyond Classic lashes and begin developing your Volume skills.
You’ll learn:
* Introduction to Russian Volume
* Understanding lash diameters and weights
* Volume fan structure
* Correct fan symmetry
* Fan-making techniques
* 2D–3D beginner Volume
* Proper pickup and placement
* Direction and attachment
* Volume practice exercises
Real Model Practice
1:30 PM – 5:00 PM
Put your new Volume skills into practice by working on a real model under instructor guidance.
You’ll practice fan creation, placement, direction, attachment, and begin building a complete Volume set while receiving hands-on corrections throughout the process.
Student provides their own model.
